SECI services include environmental consulting with a primary focus on Asbestos including Renovation, & Demolition Surveys, Asbestos Abatement Project Design, Monitoring and Clearances. SECI is willing to travel, and available after normal working hours, on weekends and year-round if needed. Mr. Sato and SECI has provided Asbestos, Lead and Mold consulting to assist City, County, State, Federal Governmental and Private Entities, meet EPA & OSHA regulatory compliance on projects, ESB, SDB and NDOT, DBE programs participation goals. SECI has SBA, HUB Zone Certification. SECI Provides Services with $1,000,000 General, Professional (E&O) and Cyber Liability Insurance.
